Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FinTrackHub application provided by FLEX InfoTech Limited. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • If you save more than one account on a device to switch between them, you are responsible for the security of that device and its stored sessions.
  • You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Do not misuse other users’ data within a shared workspace.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it so we can provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Notifications & reminders

With your permission, the app can send reminders and push notifications for bills, budgets, and account activity. Delivery depends on your device and network and may be delayed or fail — notifications are a convenience and not a substitute for official bank or biller communications. You can disable them anytime in the app or device settings.

5. Subscriptions & billing

  • Some features require a paid plan. Upgrade requests are reviewed and verified manually before a plan is activated.
  • Plan limits (such as users or monthly transactions) are enforced according to your active tier.
  • Prices, plans, and limits may change over time. Payments are processed by your chosen provider; refunds are handled only where required by law.

6. Financial disclaimer

FinTrackHub is a tracking and organizing tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLEX InfoTech Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
